What happens if the consultant does not deliver?
Every engagement carries a full quality guarantee, and we hold weekly check-ins with both you and the consultant to keep everything on track. If a consultant is not performing to your standard, we target a replacement within one week, subject to availability. For that transition period we waive our service fee, so the cost of putting it right sits with us, not you.
What fees does Perform by AI charge for consultants and experts?
We operate with full financial transparency, charging $0 until you officially contract an expert. This means profiles we provide for your bid staffing and proposal staffing are completely free. Once contracted, our service fee is a flat 10%. This is significantly lower than the standard market average of 15% to 20%.
